Warranty Coverage

All new and genuine OEM parts are protected by a 25-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Refurbished or used parts include a limited warranty period as stated in their respective listings.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal and intended use.

Exclusions – What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Labor costs related to installation, removal, or diagnostics.
Parts installed in racing, off-road, or commercial-use vehicles.
Claims submitted without valid proof of professional installation (if required).
Consumable or wear-and-tear items, such as filters, brake pads, and similar components.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our support team via email or the website messaging system, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Attach all relevant documentation, including photos/videos and proof of professional installation (if applicable).
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Additional Terms

The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the defective product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returned parts must be in their original packaging and condition.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
