Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days after full payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of any delay due to stock availability or order verification, customers will be notified promptly.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Our Shipping Partners:
We work with UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure smooth and reliable worldwide delivery.

Regional Restrictions:
Customers located in Africa, Asia, or remote regions should contact us before purchasing to confirm shipping availability and obtain a quote.

Remote / Out-of-Delivery Areas:
We do not ship to remote or out-of-delivery areas as defined by our courier partners.
Orders from such locations will be cancelled and fully refunded.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Combined shipping may be offered when multiple items are purchased together.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be sent via email or message.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s official website.

 

Non-Delivery or Delays

If your order is not delivered within 3 weeks of dispatch:

  • Please contact us via email or our website’s message system.

  • We will immediately follow up with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
