We accept returns within 15 days under the following conditions:
• Incorrect or Misrepresented Item: If you receive an item with a different part number than ordered, or it does not match the photos in the listing.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with quality issues, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the issue.
• Buyer’s Mistake: If the item was ordered by mistake and is still in unused condition with original packaging, it may be returned. However, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in this case.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% non-refundable restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• Return Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• No Returns or Guarantees for issues unrelated to the listing description, unless the item is non-functional. However,  Money Back Guarantee still applies for items not as described.
• Refund Process: Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for open packages or installed parts.
.       All items are shipped with unique identification markings, QC verification stickers affixed using industrial-grade adhesive, and metal engraving on key parts.
.       Any item with removed, tampered, or missing QC sticker, markings, or engravings will be ineligible for return or refund.
.       Opened, installed, or fitted parts are considered used and will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.
• Installation Disclaimer: We highly recommend professional installation. Some products do not include installation instructions. If the item does not fit your vehicle, proof of professional installation is required.

Please do not open a return request as "Wrong Item Sent" or "Item Does Not Fit" unless the item truly differs from what was listed. We ship exactly what is described and shown in our listing. Every order is thoroughly inspected by our dispatch team in three separate checks to ensure accuracy.
